Have you ever felt stuck in old patterns or different ways of being desperately trying to bring a feeling of safety into your inner life and relationships? My work as a therapist and guide is to help unburden past experiences that can influence your current life. I work with individuals and couple's from various backgrounds.
I can offer a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate environment to explore, reflect and process. I have training in interventions such as; EMDR (eye-movement desentization reprocessing), mindfulness, psychodynamic, grief-informed and trauma-informed, and somatic IFS. I am also trained in Reiki 1 & 2 energy work and healing as a beautiful way to support doing inner work. My therapeutic style often adds spirituality as a way to connect to something bigger outside ourselves. Everyone is unique and my approach to therapy honors this by using an eclectic style designed to support what is needed.
My goal is to learn from you, what your goals are, and help to facilitate desired healing and growth. You are the expert of your life and I am here as a guide. This physical reality can bring experiences of suffering. Know that you are not alone; there is transformational power being witnessed in your truth. Come as you are. I welcome all parts of you.
I do not accept any insurance. However, I am able to provide a superbill for clients who have Out of Network Benefits. A superbill is a statement you submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider, as they are sometimes able to cover up to 80% of the cost of the session. Many clients are able to use their Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account as well.
