telehealth therapy:

I serve Oregon and Washington populations for therapy and sessions are held via telehealth which require an access to internet and a device. All other sessions including life coaching, energy work, and consulting can be clients’ from any state.

cancellation policy:

You will not be charged for a missed session if you provide me with a 24 hour notice. Cancellations with no notice or notice under 24 hours will incur a fee equal to your session cost.

limited reduced fee:

As a way to break down barriers for marginalized identities, and to support greater access to healing, I have a limited number of reduced fee slots. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and see if there is availability.

superbills:

I do not accept any insurance. However, I’m able to provide a superbill for clients who have out-of-network benefits. A superbill is a statement you submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider, as they are sometimes able to cover up to 80% of the cost of the session. Many clients are able to use their Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account as well.

no surprises act and good faith estimate:

In compliance with the No Surprises Federal Healthcare Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
