transform mind, body, and spirit by returning to your authentic Self.
“As above, so below. As the within of things, is as, the without of things.” Ancient Hermetic philosophy
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a psychotherapist and coach who work with women during a major developmental and psychological cycle of individuation (ages 18-35, and beyond) return to their authentic Self. My ideal client is a female-identifying as sensitive and has learned protective masks seeking to control the perspective of who they are to gain a sense of safety and security leading them to feel disconnected them from their emotional experiences. They tend to struggle with self-esteem issues, anxiety and/or depression, abandonment and/or betrayal wounds, perfectionism, people-pleasing, sleep disturbances, digestive issues, chronic pain, chronic stress, and speaking their truth.
My work is rooted in a systems approach to mental and emotional wellbeing. I work with the mind, body, and spirit as an integrated system, recognizing true healing unfolds when all parts of ourselves are seen, honored, and held with compassion. Through a multidimensional framework, we explore not only thoughts and emotions but also the energetic and spiritual layers of your experience.
I weave a Jungian lens and somatic practices — including Breathwork — to help you reconnect to your emotions and release what no longer serves you. Together, we engage in shadow work and uncover limiting beliefs, supporting the integration of past pain and trauma so you can feel lighter, freer, and more connected to your authentic self.
In our work, I may incorporate energy healing, tarot, and astrology to deepen self-understanding and connect you with archetypal wisdom that mirrors your soul’s journey. These tools help illuminate patterns, awaken intuition, and remind you of your innate connection to universal life force energy.
At the heart of my practice are the values of sovereignty, empowerment, and liberation. I don’t see myself as someone who fixes or directs your path — rather, I serve as a guide and teacher, holding the torch as you navigate your own transformation. My intention is to offer a compassionate, grounded space where you can safely explore, expand, and reclaim all parts of yourself.
This is a space for those ready to turn toward their emotions with courage, to meet their grief with curiosity, and to live life with greater authenticity and freedom. My role is to support you in developing the tools and trust to move through life with awareness, embodiment, and self-compassion — so you can live a fuller, more vibrant life from the inside out.
If you’re feeling called to begin this journey, I welcome you to connect and see if this work feels aligned for you.
Hello! My name isTara Roland, a Jungian psychotherapist and teacher, who practices somatic-Jungian psychology. You can decode this combination as the psychological manifesting into the physical or felt sense.
Systems of dominance, whether they are internal or external, have created disharmony within the conscious and subconscious mind which is what we can all see as a collective at this time. The transformation requires us as the individual and collective to unlock the connection and power with our emotions and to recognize mind is not separate from our body. Think of emotions as energy or frequency you feel when evoked and the mind as the nervous system. Positive affirmations only go into one layer they don’t get into the programming from socialization. Talk therapy doesn’t allow for the release of that pent up energy storage. If the system of the mind has determined emotions are unsafe to feel; it stores them. We can quite literally get constipated with decomposing material that no longer serves us. Which in turn drains life force energy. The blood gets rerouted to the threat of survival.
My own journey through suffering revealed how our world often keeps us bound to cycles of pain—yet when we can see out of those cycles it lie the seeds of our empowerment.
I was my first client. “Earth school,” as I’ve come to call it, offers each of us lessons through both beauty and challenge, inviting us to shed what no longer serves and return to the sacred truth of who we are.
In my work, I honor every dimension of the self—body, mind, spirit, and shadow. Healing is not always gentle; it can ask more of us than the numbness we once clung to. But on the other side of that courage waits the profound reward: the reclamation of power and the freedom to truly live.
you are not alone.

The work I do is rooted in sovereignty, and works to actively dismantle systems of oppression through the examination of internalized belief systems. I recognize my identity inherently comes with privilege as a cis, hetero, able-bodied, white, woman. I’m committed to doing my own work, learn from you, and gently invite in feedback. This work is about confronting belief systems that no longer work for us as a collective.
