transform mind, body, and spirit by returning to your authentic Self.
“As above, so below. As the within of things, is as, the without of things.”
Hermes Trismegistus
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I help women during a major developmental and psychological cycle of Quarterlife (ages 18-35, and beyond) return to their authentic Self. My ideal client is a female-identifying as sensitive yet the masks which seek to control to gain a sense of safety and security have disconnected them from their emotional experiences. They tend to struggle with self-esteem issues, anxiety and/or depression, perfectionism, sleep disturbances, digestive issues, chronic stress, and speaking their truth.
My work is rooted in a systems approach to mental and emotional wellbeing. I work with the mind, body, and spirit as an integrated system, recognizing true healing unfolds when all parts of ourselves are seen, honored, and held with compassion. Through a multidimensional framework, we explore not only thoughts and emotions but also the energetic and spiritual layers of your experience.
I weave a Jungian lens and somatic practices — including Breathwork — to help you reconnect to your emotions and release what no longer serves you. Together, we engage in shadow work and uncover limiting beliefs, supporting the integration of past pain and trauma so you can feel lighter, freer, and more connected to your authentic self.
In our work, I may incorporate energy healing, tarot, and astrology to deepen self-understanding and connect you with archetypal wisdom that mirrors your soul’s journey. These tools help illuminate patterns, awaken intuition, and remind you of your innate connection to universal life force energy.
At the heart of my practice are the values of sovereignty, empowerment, and liberation. I don’t see myself as someone who fixes or directs your path — rather, I serve as a guide and teacher, holding the torch as you navigate your own transformation. My intention is to offer a compassionate, grounded space where you can safely explore, expand, and reclaim all parts of yourself.
This is a space for those ready to turn toward their emotions with courage, to meet their grief with curiosity, and to live life with greater authenticity and freedom. My role is to support you in developing the tools and trust to move through life with awareness, embodiment, and self-compassion — so you can live a fuller, more vibrant life from the inside out.
If you’re feeling called to begin this journey, I welcome you to connect and see if this work feels aligned for you.
Hello! My name isTara Roland, a Jungian psychotherapist and teacher, who practices analytical-somatic psychology. You can decode this combination as the marrying of the Logos and the Eros. The rational and emotional. In a world paradigm long dominated by Logos, the overvaluing of the rational mind, there has been a devaluing to the emotional or intuitive mind. Which has led to the imbalance we as a collective shadow are now moving through. This transformation requires an unlocking of the divine feminine archetype - Eros - the long suppressed and oppressed hidden mysteries of this world and beyond. To reunite the Logos with the Eros is to connect with divine union - an innate wholeness and a retrieval of the Self. Unmasked and authentic; a wholeness that remembers self-worth is never to be questioned. Yet, when met, it demands us to answer the call. To inquire who we truly are, and to step into alignment with our values so we may share our gifts with this world.
Through the alchemy of grief and awakening, I’ve come to see that mental health is not a single thread but a vast, woven tapestry. My own journey through suffering revealed how our world often keeps us bound to cycles of pain—yet within those cycles lie the seeds of empowerment.
In many ways, I was my first client. “Earth school,” as I’ve come to call it, offers each of us lessons through both beauty and challenge, inviting us to shed what no longer serves and return to the sacred truth of who we are.
In my work, I honor every dimension of the self—body, mind, spirit, and shadow. Healing is not always gentle; it can ask more of us than the numbness we once clung to. But on the other side of that courage waits the profound reward: the reclamation of power and the freedom to truly live.
you are not alone.

The work I do is rooted in sovereignty, and works to actively dismantle systems of oppression through the examination of internalized belief systems. I recognize my identity inherently comes with privilege as a cis, hetero, able-bodied, white, woman. I’m committed to doing my own work, learn from you, and gently invite in feedback. This work is about confronting belief systems that no longer work for us as a collective.
